The City of Playford can assist eligible residents with transport through the Community Passengers Network (CPN) and Home Assist programs.
Funded by local, state and federal government agencies, these programs are designed to keep people independent and active.
If you are vulnerable due to aging or have a disablity you may be eligible to use these services.

If you are registered for transport services through My Aged Care, please call 8256 0355 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are not registered, seek a referral from My Aged Care on 1800 200 422.
