Work Experience

We are able to accept work experience opportunities, please email your expression of interest to HRgeneralenquiries@playford.sa.gov.au

The City of Playford offers Work Experience and Student Placements throughout the year (subject to availability).

The program provides opportunities for students to gain practical experience and skills in one of the fastest-growing local government organisations within South Australia.

Are you eligible for a work experience placement?

Work Experience is provided for:

1. Secondary school students*

2. University students

3. Registered Training Organisations students, including TAFE SA

*Students who reside in the City of Playford or attend an educational facility in the city will have priority placement.

What insurance is required?

All students must be registered with a Secondary School, Tertiary Institution or Registered Training Organisation to ensure coverage for Personal Insurance, Public Liability and Professional Indemnity.
