One Tree Hill Institute
Established in 1906, the One Tree Hill Institute is managed by the One Tree Hill Progress Association. Local fundraising thanks to Council grants doubled the size of the original building during the 1980s and 1990s, as an extension was built using materials closely matching the original stonework.
Today, the Institute boasts a fully enclosed playground, modern restrooms and landscaping surrounding the building, generously funded by a donation that was given to the Institute by the Clucas family.
Now a well-equipped building catering a variety of functions, the Institute is a valuable asset to all residents in One Tree Hill and surrounding suburbs.
