The John McVeity Centre (JMC) in Smithfield Plains is a City of Playford-owned facility and is a key site for the Playford Wellbeing Hub. It is a place that many people rely on to support their health and wellbeing and provides opportunities for people to come together and connect socially.

JMC offers indoor facilities and programs, including:

• social sports competitions for futsal, netball and basketball
• courts for hire, including the set up of futsal, netball, basketball, volleyball and badminton
• function rooms for hire (suitable for meetings, workshops and parties)
