The Community Passenger Network (CPN) assists eligible people who need help attending medical or once-off social or community events. The CPN is available to approved participants living in Playford, Salisbury and Tea Tree Gully council areas. To register for transport services, or gain more information about the program, call 8256 0355 Monday to Friday between 11am and 4pm.

You need to give the CPN at least two business days’ notice of your transport needs.  After-hours and Saturday transport options are available, but conditions apply.

Home Assist provides transport for eligible people within the City of Playford.

They help people with:

• Shopping, banking or medical appointments between 9am and 4pm
• Home-delivered frozen meal deliveries - order via 8256 0355
• Transport to and from City of Playford social inclusion programs and events
• Home Assist outings

If you need to register, seek a referral from My Aged Care on 1800 200 422.
