Festive season closure times

During the holiday break, our business hours will change.

The business hours at Council locations, including our libraries, Playford Civic Centre and community centres, will change over the holiday break.

Most of our locations will be closed from 5pm on Tuesday 24 December, reopening at 9am on Thursday 02 January 2025.

We are still here for you during the closure period. For urgent matters such as lost dogs, fallen trees or safety concerns, please call 8256 0333 to speak with our after-hours service.

For non-urgent matters you can lodge a Customer Service Request on our website.

Requests can also be lodged via playford@playford.sa.gov.au, however this email address will not be monitored during the closure period.

Non-urgent matters will be attended to from 02 January 2025.

NAWMA - kerbside bin collection

There will be no bin collections on Wednesday 25 December (Christmas Day) or Wednesday 1 January 2025 (New Year’s Day).

From Wednesday 25 December 2024 to Saturday 28 December 2024 and Wednesday 1 January 2025 to Saturday 4 January 2025, all collections will occur one day later than normal.

Note: Friday collections will occur on Saturdays.
