To help 4200 local businesses continue to thrive, the City of Playford is inviting local businesses and start-ups to take part in a Business Survey and help play a role in shaping a positive future for their community.

To help better understand how these businesses operate within our community, this survey will provide valuable insight for Council to influence key decisions, improve local services and support businesses, to further build growth and resilience.

Playford Mayor Glenn Docherty urges the business community to jump on board and fill out the survey to help provide insight into how businesses operate on a day-to-day basis across our City.

“Playford has a strong commitment to understand, listen and engage with our business community to gain better insight into their experiences doing business and how we can support their growth,” Mayor Docherty said.

“This valuable survey feedback will make a lasting impact on the future of Playford's business environment and help build a stronger local economy, by helping Council review and plan its service support mechanisms for businesses.”

The survey is now open and closes Monday, 9 December and takes about 10 minutes to complete, and participants can win one of three $100 VISA gift cards. The survey contains about 20 questions, mostly multiple choice.

Anyone can participate in the survey, whether you own, operate or plan to start a new business, your input is valuable.

To access the survey online visit playford.engagementhub.com.au/business-survey-2024 or download a hard copy from the Document Library on the City of Playford website. Printed copies are also available at Playford Civic Centre, Stretton Centre and Virginia Horticulture Centre.
