An African street artist, Sparrow, with the support local artist, Dave Court, added a splash of colour to Playford Palace festivities in 2019 at the Elizabeth Downs Shopping Centre.
The City of Playford partnered with Sanaa: A better world through creativity for the Adelaide Fringe to provide a family-friendly cultural experience.
Sparrow and Court used the art form of graffiti to promote change and unify voices, while creating a beautiful space for the community.
